NIS Boss Rose Chinyere Uzoma, Retired From Service

The Comptroller General of Nigeria's Immigration Service, Mrs. Rose Chinyere Uzoma, has been retired from service. The announcement was made today.

Her deputy Mr. Rilwan Bala Musa has been named the nation's acting CG pending when the agency gets a replacement. 

Word has it that her retirement may be connected with the scandal that trailed the recent recruitment exercise by the agency.
