#BringBackOurGirls.....Michelle Obama Lends Support to Kidnapped Chibok Girls + Police Offers N50m Reward

American first lady Michelle Obama has joined a growing number of celebrities from the west to lend their voices to raising awareness about the kidnapped Chibok girls.
I have noticed something though, while the western countries are really trying to help, other African countries have kept mute over the issue. I hear our next door neighbour Cameroon refused to cooperate with security agencies since we share the same border.
Even our biggest allies Ghana and South Africa have been mute since the incidence. If it had been the other way round, we would have jumped to help. *sigh*.

The most important thing is that the girls are found.........alive.

Meanwhile, the American President, Barrack Obama has condemned the incidence. This is what he told ABC news.....
"It’s a heartbreaking situation, outrageous situation. This may be the event that helps to mobilize the entire international community to finally do something against this horrendous organization that’s perpetrated such a terrible crime.”

More after the jump + check out other celebrities that have lent their support.

Meanwhile, Oscar winning actress Angelina Jolie is credited to have  made the following statements in Paris recently.......

“Sadly of course there is real evil in the world, you watch the news and you see all of the people suffering and so much cruelty. It’s unthinkable cruelty like these girls that were kidnapped in Nigeria. Unthinkable cruelty and evil,”
