Robin Thicke and Pharell ordered to pay Marvin Gaye's family $7.3m over "Blurred lines"

The duo of Robin Thicke and Pharrael Williams have been asked to pay the family of late music icon, Marvin Gaye,$7.3m over copyright infringement.

According to the Gaye family, the duo stole from Marvin Gaye’s iconic single "Got To Give It Up” to create Blurred lines and they wanted compensation

The judge ignored Robin Thick'e testimony that he was high on Vicodin and alcohol when the song was made, so he forgot to give credit. Dude even wanted to pass the blame to the producer of "Blurred lines" Pharell William.s by saying he wrote the song and made the beat. *side eye*

$7,3m??!!! That is almost everything they made from the song. While Robin Thicke reportedly made $5.6m, Pharell made $5.2 and T.I made $704,744. Dang!!!
