TV stars Kerry Washington, Terrance Howard and other black actors earn way less than their white colleagues (check out their salaries)

According to a report by Variety, top black stars of television shows earn way less than their white counterparts. According to the reports while multiple award winning actresses Kerry Washington and Viola Davis both earn $250k per episode on their shows 'Scandal' and 'How to Get away With Murder', star of fellow hit show Grey’s Anatomy, Ellen Pompeo earns $400k per episode. All three shows are produced by Shonda Lynn Rhimes.

While the lead male actor in Black-ish (one of my fave shows by the way...get on it if you haven't seen it), Anthony Anderson earns just $100k, the lead actress Tracee Ross, earns $80k.

Another onscreen couple I love, 'The Lyons' of hit TV series, "Empire", multiple award winning stars, Terrance Howard and Taraji P Henson, both earn $175k per episode.

As for the highest paid TV stars, they are found in the long running show, "The big bang theory". The lead stars earn $1,000,0000 (yep! I had to add all the zeros so you'll go WHAT!! :-) ).And yes!, they are white.
Anyhoo, check out the full article and a break down of their salaries here.
